Yes, our licences are permanent!
After you purchase your licence, you will be able to enjoy TSplus Remote Access without time limitation. However, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to our Update and Support services (the fee is a small percent of your licence’s price).
The Update and Support services include our worldwide licence re-hosting, ticket/Email support service, Forum access, FAQ, tutorial support and the right to install and to use any new release, patch and updates.
One license (Edition or Bundle) is valid for one server only.
If you need to use this software on several servers, you will have the opportunity to select the number of licenses on the checkout page.
Note: In this case, most of our customers select the Enterprise Edition or Enterprise Edition PLUS which include the farm manager and gateway features to easily access and manage their farm of servers.
Depending on where you live, local taxes may apply and will be added to the total price during the checkout process.
In this case, you'll be able to enter your tax ID (VAT/GST/etc.) on the last step of the checkout.
No. Once you selected your Edition on this page, you will be asked if you want to add the Update and Support services.
The fee for these services are a percentage of the license price.
- One year: 21% of license price
- Two years: 18% of license price
- Three years: 15% of license price
